Equinox Essentials

 My little Autumnal trifecta.  

I have exactly six scarves, three handbags and four pairs of sunglasses (strictly designer brands) but of all the different colour combos, this one is my favourite for autumn. 

Handbag - Prada

Very beautiful leather and silk handbag. Old and knackered one from 2006 but the lining has stood the test of time at least.

Scarf - Alexander McQueen

Black with gold skulls - one of three McQueen scarves I own, two of which are skull print. However, everyone that gives even the tiniest hoot about fashion has one of these so I do tend to De La Renta it up in the winter just to break the mould. 

Sunglasses - Versace

Now these are oooooold. I got these as a gift shortly after seeing 'Leon' the professional for the first time (I was 15) and I desperately wanted to dress like an Italian assassin and his thirteen year old protégée. Those were the days. I still wear these since everyone else has taken to wearing ridiculously oversized shades. I'm all for the mode, but I believe fashion ultimately evolves from subtle variations of certain trends.
It's good to stay original.
