Had a shopping trip to meadowhall the other day. I find that ordering from the Selfridges site isn't quite as satisfying as the in store experience, so I went to the Illamasqua counter in Debenhams instead. A very nice young man packaged these up nicely for me:

First from the I'mperfection collection (which I really love) is their new limited edition speckled nail polish in Fragile: A lovely powder blue with tiny flecks of black that's reminds me of childhood speckled egg easter hunts. Seems to 'pop' especially against pale skin. First coat goes on quite sheer but the second coat gives it a nice chip resistant opacity. Finding it hard to decide which one I'm having next. Might just get the whole range. *Bootifuls* :)

Illamasqua Rubber Brights: Nurture. The rubber finish is what I was the most curious about, so here it is - a slick of neon green with a very very very very very very very very very very very thin matte top coat. Not as revolutionary as I had hoped. I'm seeing Nails Inc 'leather effect' following suit in this arena. Not overly keen on the colour, might have to sell this on. Oh well.
