Wow. Could not be any less impressed.
I got a couple of these on ebay (both blue) to go with my Tron corset. It works for about 60 seconds, and that's only after holding your fingertips under a UV light for Christ knows how long.

Apologies for the transparency, coat would have had to have been quite thin I'd imagine, for full effect anyway.
Camera doesn't quite pick it up, but it is quite bright.
Feels very gritty without a top coat and chips incredibly easily.
One way trip to binsville methinks.

That's a bummer, it still looks pretty though, albeit no glow...That's the thing with eBay, sometimes you don't know till you get it and try.
