Pure Smile - Pink flower (damask rose extract)
Loaded with anti-aging principles: collagen, witch hazel and hyaluronic acid. I have no complaints really, it did the job - made my skin feel hydrated and fresh, but ultimately I have nothing overwhelmingly positive to say about it either. I've used plenty of masks that have done pretty much the same thing to a standard.
Suppose one drawback would be that the flowers make it look as though you have some sort of terrible rash from a distance...
Mediheal Dress Code Red (anti -aging)
Worn on Christmas Eve in preparation for our first family twelve dish dinner (yummy!) Even though all of these masks have their own unique design, I like how the red stands apart that bit more with the downward tapered feathers framing the cheekbones. Containing red ginseng (another favourite of mine) it restored some much needed life back into my skin after weeks of shopping and nightly feeds. I love feeling like my face is almost brand new, and after forty mins of wear, this certainly delivered on that expectation!

Banila Co it Radiant lace hydrogel - Lifting
Absolutely one of my favourite sheet masks I've used so far! I think I'm starting to get hooked on gel masks, they just fit so much nicer and don't slip about or crease up on your face the way cotton masks soaked in gloop tend to do. After half an hour the firming effect was visible immediately. My skin was also smoother and my complexion was a whole shade brighter, definitely a top quality product. I think the only silly little niggle I had was with the aesthetics; it was my first lace mask, and I had higher expectations in terms of design. Think: elegant, Venetian masquerade mask with incredible detail intricately woven. Alas, the flowery pattern made it look a bit like I was pressing my face through a net curtain against a window. Bit of a design flop in my opinion, but still quaint and pretty-ish, in a kind of 'Grandma's doilies' sort of way.

Mediheal Dress Code Blue (aqua care)
I've recently been in need of a bit of a moisture pick me up, as tends to be the case after exposure to the elements this time of year, so I decided to use my final dress mask to compliment my winter skin care routine. I may have had this one on for too long, or not properly primed with enough toner (I use conservatively through the colder months in order to prevent dehydration) but my face was a little sticky afterwards. I splashed my face with a bit of water just before I went to bed to remove any excess serum, and I felt the need to layer on some sort of moisturiser over the top whether it was a cream or sleeping pack (think I used my Mizon snail gel). Bottom line is I didn't feel like my skin was sufficiently hydrated using the mask alone, which was a shame. I liked the design, but in the end it bore a strong resemblance to the black mask, with the spider web pattern and the tear drops down the sides of the face.
My favourite of these masks is definitely dress code black due to the pretty rhinestone gems and its whitening properties. And they remind me a lot of the Black Swan makeup... Swan Lake, what a beautiful ballet. Got to see that again soon.
