Shampoos, conditioners, masks, oils etc.
Protein filler hair products work wonders on hair that has been damaged via bleach and/or heat, which is why I myself use various Keratin Complex shampoos and conditioners for the daily wash. I have a colour care conditioner to keep my natural warm tones from peeking cheekily through my chosen pigment (dark umber). Really does improve health and appearance.

Next comes my Frederic Fekkai Shea Butter set (they've updated the bottle since I last bought them, which was rather rude. Now I'm stuck with out of date packaging!) I do eventually want to move on to the Protein Rx Reparative duo, but for now I'm happy coating my locks in shea butter sheer heaven mmmmmmm. I comb the Glossing Cream through damp hair prior to dry and style. Does leave hair incredibly soft to the touch, so bear that in mind before you harden it with tonnes of hairspray like I did!
This is just a one off random conditioner I picked up at my local salon - Aura Cherry bark and Almonds, (how much does that remind you of Frasier?) What an amazing Kipling smell! I'm just using this up atop other conditioners til it's completely gone.
Camphor oil - the best stuff to keep your hair growing thick and quick. It stimulates blood circulation in the scalp and gives any damaged follicles a health boost so root growth is mega shiny and strong (particularly useful if you've over plucked the brow and need those hairs back in a hurry.)
You can use in an indian head massage with a carrier oil like grapeseeed, but I just put a few drops into each of my shampoos and conditioners.
And finally the masks - Moroccanoil and NY. I can tell you now that neither come anywhere near achieving salon grade softness, so ultimately I'm not that impressed. The Moroccanoil Intense Hydrating Mask does... nothing pretty much but I stick to it out of my love for routine pampering. The woman at the salon was pushing these products on me like crazy, honestly can't see why. Commission? The Neal's Yard Rosemary and Cedarwood Treatment is part of my NY Sunday routine. Not bad, but not exceptional. Would probably be better suited to finer hair. I'm wanting to get back to my Sensai by Kanebo Intensive Hair mask and Fekkai's Shea pot de crème. Also eager to try the Overnight Hair Repair
The wash third of my hairy routine

You don't have to go out and spend over £100 on basic hair care! This is just what I choose personally because I'm tediously experimental and annoyingly indecisive.
