Special effects pt. 2
Really love this effect. Seen here is OPI black shatter top coat over Illamasqua Wink
Had this for quite a while now, despite most of my polishes being a bit on the dark side,I'm choosing to stick with black over any other colour since I find that it provides the most effective contrast. Again, very straight forward -
1. Dehydrate + base coat
2. Two coats of chosen colour
3. When dry, apply a coat of crackle effect polish
4. Apply clear top coat for added shine and protection
Voila.
