This is my own personal collection, it’s quite a modest one since I’m a big believer in sticking to the shades that you know suit you.
Mac Lady Gaga smooth rouge – Fashion 3 colour 06 - disc
Mac Lady Gaga smooth rouge – Fashion 3 colour 01 - disc
Estee Lauder bronze, blush, shimmer trio – Bronze Goddess, Nude Rose, Gold Pearl - disc
Favourites:
Benefit Dallas – perfect contour! Really good for that deep shadow
Shiseido - Tea Rose - following my religious use of shiseido’s eudermine lotion for six years, thought I’d branch out into their cosmetic range. My absolute favourite blush, extremely versatile, smooth texture, seems to 'know where to settle,' blends beautifully.
Not that impressed by either Sleek or Mavalia, particularly with the crème blush since I’m not keen on applying blusher before powder. Feels like making tea and putting the hot water in last :S it does however, seem to finish off with a more natural blend which can be useful during the day. Personally I like to look quite extravagant and thus fill in the hollows of my cheeks with a powder contour and layer blush over the cheekbone. I’ve always found that a more glam night-time effect is best achieved via powder.
My advice to you all: Keep browsing the swank before resorting to anything cheaper, especially if you have sensitive or dry skin. Inferior cosmetics are made with inferior ingredients that may aggravate, and ultimately damn. And keep checking back for my post on best blushes for different face types J
